Returns Policy

Change of Mind

You may return unused items to Pozitif Enik within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Merchandise must be returned unworn, with labels and/or cardboard tickets attached.  Items should be returned in their original product packaging.  You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Wrong Item

If the return is a result of our error (wrong item or size was shipped), we will pay the return shipping costs and replace the item with the correct one.

Defective Product

Both of our suppliers (Premier Pet and Parrot University, USA) fully guarantee their products against defects in materials and craftsmanship.  If you experience any such problems with their products, Pozitif Enik will happily exchange it for the same product.  Note that damage due to misuse or a pet chewing on the product voids this guarantee. 

Note:  Defective SpraySense Citronella collars must be returned directly to Premier, USA to obtain a replacement.  You only need to send the silver spray device, not the collar, battery, or spray canister.
